Review of Hollywoodland (2006) by Jennifer R — 30 Mar 2008
There are two Ben Afflecks. It's the only explanation how he could star in pish like Paycheck and Gigli and yet be so good in this film.
Adrien Brody and Bob Hoskins also put in cracking performances and the film was well told, full of brilliant 50s detail and was occasionally funny and of course very poignant.
Maybe the Affleck will survive 'The Curse of Superman' and actually make films this good again.
