This is not vintage Allen but it still has all the veteran filmmaker's trademarks; neurotic lead character, witty oneliners delievered in Allen's inimitable style and plenty of barbs thrown at just about all aspects of Hollywood and the movie making process.
And although they may not be great they are still fun to watch when delivered by a talent like Allen.
