Review of Hitman (2007) by Tim K — 25 May 2012
The things I liked about this movie were that Timothy Olyphant had a passable performance but I guess he tried to hard. But still passable. T-Bag. Theodore Bagwell. Robert Knepper. Prison Break is my favorite show and I was very happy to see Robert Knepper have lots of screen minutes.
Also a fight scene involving knives that I wont spoil since its the best scene in the whole movie. And the kills were good and the blood actually made it more entertaining. But Hitman is painfully cliched and the chemisty betwen the cast was horrific.
The dialouge was also just bad and stupid. Poorly written. Honestly I did not care for any of these characters and the movie is not worth watching again. The movie felt a little to long and I felt like they just put some random stuff they filmed so they can make it long enough for theaters.
I guess the action was good but as a film it was not that good. Hitman is just a mediocre cliched and sometimes entertaining action movie thats not worth watching a second time. Mediocre at best.
