Review of His Girl Friday (1940) by Fil A — 22 Jan 2012

This movie has more dialogue then all the movies at the cinema right now put together. That in itself shouldn't be taken as a sign that it is good, but it is done superbly and is another sign, if it were needed as to why Howard Hawks is the best movie director of all time.

The plot is kinda crazy and the movie seems to move at 1000 miles an hour despite very little actual action happening. It's a classic.
