Review of Highlander II: The Quickening (1991) by Kevin N — 21 Apr 2009
A strangely marketed film, and one that obviously failed in concordance. Everything about this movie wants to be loved by prepubescent boys, but its "R" rating says otherwise. So what is left is a shmorgesborg of immature and inconceivable fantasy madness that is not only unenjoyable but an embarassment to the cast- well, mostly Connery; I think Lambert really eats this stuff up.
