Review of Highlander II: The Quickening (1991) by Simon F — 09 Aug 2009
Turning a mystical tale (the first film) into a science fiction film was a big mistake. I could always imagine the producers going into a primary school and asking a group of kids to write this - " I know, lets say that all the characters came from another planet!".
Why has the Renegade version of this film not come out in DVD in this country? I've heard it doesn't include the outer space stuff! At least Michael Ironside played a great role as usual.
