Review of High Society (1956) by Madeline M — 29 Mar 2008
Highly unsatisfying musical version of The Philadelphia Story. Some of the musical additions are quite good - anything with Louis Armstrong, and the Sinatra/Crosby duet - but many of the others are simply irritating.
Crosby in particular is completely unconvincing.
