Review of High Sierra (1941) by Aj V — 06 Aug 2010
Great Humphrey Bogart action-drama. Plot is not entirely water-tight, but direction is great and Bogie and co give great performances. Good adventure, with a touch of sentimentality and a moving ending.
Not exactly a classic - some aspects of the movie have not aged well at all - but close.
