Review of High Plains Drifter (1973) by Sarfaraz A — 24 Feb 2012
From my movies you haven't seen but should file, 1973 release High Plains Drifter. Clint Eastwood, who stars and directs plays yet another no name character with a twist: he may not be human. Frequent flashbacks most likely reveal him to be the towns former sheriff, who was beaten to death by outlaws as the townies stood by.
So, The Stranger, catchy, huh? is seemingly looking to avenge himself of everyone. Outlaws and townfolks, those that live anyway, end up rueing the day the stranger came to town, but you won't.
