Review of High Plains Drifter (1973) by Brandon S — 10 Sep 2010
Clint Eastwood's second job in the director's chair is a great early vechicle to see his talent start to bloom. After a drifter rolls into town the townsfolk start to feel uncertain about a group of outlaws that are about to be released and will come back to terrorize the town.
Once the town hires the drifter, he starts to take advantage of his job and the townsfolk start to get feed up with him and start to realize he is someone out of the town's past that wants revenge.
Violent Eastwood western that is stylish and satisfying, has a lot to offer any western fan.
