Review of High Fidelity (2000) by Trish R — 14 Jan 2011
For some strange reason, people seem to be fairly snobbish about Nick Hornby... especially when his novels are adapted into films, (at least the people I've met). I think this movie is brilliant ! It makes no exceptions for confused and sometimes clueless John Cusack, a character whose only real knowledge of love and relationships is with his record shop and music.
This film is highly amusing and perceptive.
