Review of Hideous Kinky (1999) by Robert O — 14 Feb 2009
I love this film! The performances by the little English girls are especially endearing. When their free-spirited mother takes them on a journey to Marrakech in the late 1960's. they innocently experience Moroccan atmosphere and culture.
Favorite line spoken by Bea, "I don't need another adventure mum, I need to go to school, I need to learn things." Kate Winslet's first film following Titanic.
