Review of Hide and Seek (2005) by Sharyn H — 31 Oct 2008
The twist at the end made the storyline more 'believable' than the creepy lead-up throughout the movie, and I don't think this did the movie a favour. As good as it was, I enjoyed it more when we were wondering what on earth was going on with Emily.
It felt more supernatural at that point, and I liked that path better. All the same, I liked both Fanning and De Niro within this.
