Review of Hidden Figures (2016) by Barney O — 31 May 2017
Just watched this amazing movie last night. It brought quite a few emotions out of me. Anger, disbelief, joy, a sense of resilience, pride, disgust, and hope. Truly a magnificent story and it was acted beautifully by stellar cast.
This true story is better late then never. But I'm still glad it was told. The strength to stand up for a country who won't stand up for you because of not only the color of your skin but also the fact she was a female.
Powerful stuff. #GirlsCanDoAnything. #BlackGirlMagic.
