Review of Hey Arnold! The Movie (2002) by Emi B — 09 Aug 2008

Irredeemably bad.

I haven't seen the show in 10 years, but I really don't remember Hey Arnold! on Nickelodeon ever being terrible, so logically this is the worst and longest episode ever.

There's nothing exciting or even remotely interesting going on here, and it's one awkwardly paced scene after another, with poor dialogue and gags that embarrassingly fall face flat. There's even some clumsy anti-commercialism message going on sandwiched in the middle of the bad storytelling.

This is the complete opposite of a Pixar film. Avoid it like the plague.
