Review of Helvetica (2007) by Rio R — 13 Jan 2009
Though highly esoteric in its subject matter, Helvetica manages to map the transformation of style, typography, and design since the birth of Helvetica without being mired in complex jargon and unnecessary information.
In fact, Helvetica is all the more bright because of its neat electronic score, beautiful photography direction, and colorful interviews. Definitely a brilliant documentary.
