Review of Hellraiser: Deader (2005) by Sean R — 23 May 2010
Not a bad 6th seuqel but it didnt start as a Hellrasier film and totoaly goes agasint bloodline because of descent and his actions. A reporter investergates a cult and finds they are trying to bring Pinhead out of hell for eternal youth led by Alex who is a descent of the toymaker.
The acting is very uneven and apart from the reporter and Alex the only character who stood out was a cigar smoking landlord who looks like Tom Sizemore puffing on his fave cuban and couldnt smell a dead body(Possible as I smoke cigars and it deadens a sense of smell).
The movie doesnt come alive till midway in but the Hellrasier scenes really have class and sparkle I simply wished it didnt take so long of Psychobabble before getting there. Some scenes really take the cake for far fetched.
She has a KNIFE in her back and nobody notices. Good but not great.
