Review of Hellraiser (1987) by James A — 01 Oct 2011
A pioneer in horror films, Clive Barker's film was very different than other horror films at the time as his narrative does not revolve around one main villain, but a cast of villains and few protagonists.
Some really great moments of suspense, and some visual effects that were way above what was being done at the time. A great cross of contemporary horror and sci-fi.
