More enjoyable than the first but not as dark in tone unfortunately. I know it's not a breathtaking story but it's just soo darn enjoyable, you can't help but fall in love with it. Del Torn does it again and makes it even funnier even though the Johann Kraus character does getting annoying at times (it's mainly just the voice that's annoying).
Del Toro creates a more fantastical world with excellent visuals. Doug Jones once again hit the right marks as the awkward Abe. Fun film and it's more than just an average blockbuster, it has a brain and a great script.
