Review of Hell Ride (2008) by Kim W — 04 Sep 2008

This was fucking awful. Do not see it. Writer/director Larry Bishop (a veteran actor of biker movies) somehow weaseled a few million dollars out of his buddy, Quentin Tarantino, to make a movie that basically just liberally borrows from Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez.

It could have been cool, especially with Dennis Hopper and David Carradine in minor roles, but the dialogue makes no fucking sense, the plot is almost incomprehensible and the timeline is all fucked to hell.

Avoid this flick at all costs. Unless you want to see Michael Madsen sitting in a tree, blowing into a beer bottle and then declaring "I'm an owl!".
