Poignant, funny, honest, weird and with, unexpectedly, good songs. I had no expectation before watching this movie, especially because I don't like Broadway musicals (or in this case Off-Broadway) and I have to say that I am pleasantly surprise.
Director / Writer / Actor John Cameron Mitchell really did something good here, almost great. Something that can proudly be put on the same shelf with The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
