Review of Hedwig and the Angry Inch (2001) by Ruby S — 17 Sep 2008
This film is the bastard German love child of Spinal Tap and Rocky Horror. I love the creativity of how this story was told. It felt a lot like a stage play, with characters singing the story to you, but it also used animation to nicely connect and illustrate the ideas.
The clothes and music are fantastic and really drive the film. The acting was pretty good, but there were a few weak links.
