For anyone who knows about Heavy Metal Magazine, (which is now owned by TMNT co-creator Peter Laird) you know that it is the first form of media dedicated to adult fantasy. For a film that was released in 1981 the animation is groundbreaking.
Blood, sex, violence, drugs, and a rocking ass soundtrack make this a must see for the big kid in you. Oh... and John Candy plays a black teenager that actually ends up being the best voice over work in the entire movie.
