Review of Heavy Metal (1981) by William M — 29 May 2009
A film that definitely can't be fully appreciated unless you're on drugs. I think the adult themes and great animation (for its time) make this a very memorable movie. Unfortunately, there's not much of a plot connection between all these random stories (except an evil green orb), or a deeper message beyond the creative visuals.
