Review of Heaven's Gate (1980) by James M — 26 Mar 2009

Great cast, terribly drawn out script and dialogue. Almost 4 hours long, we couldn't sit through it so much of it was fast forward to the decent parts. Would have maybe been an ok mini-series. Would have been a great movie I think if half of it was cut.

There were also a few key scenes that just made no sense. It was very unnecessary. Oh, and I thought the ending was kinda lame. I know it was a true story, but still...
