Easily Peter Jacksons best film.
This film shows off every single brilliant aspect of Jackson as a director.
Also, this film is practically an audition tape for Lord of the Rings.
Watching this you can practically hear Jackson saying "Come on, let me direct Lord of The Rings, look at this.".
Maybe even Winslet's best performance.
An incredible story, an incredible picture.
