Review of Heavenly Creatures (1994) by Alberto A — 26 Jul 2012
Imagination is a very important tool for creation....and destruction. It is a corner in which we can take shelter, believe what the hell we want to believe. Or it is at least for these two girlfriends, which hide in their imaginations because they feel forgotten by the real world, and so, they had to create a new one, just for them.
The worst thing a parent can do is underestimate their children and think they are very innocent and naive just because they're little. That's so wrong.
Another great film by Peter Jackson. He gives us an yet another example of a great reality-fantasy match movie.
