Review of Heavenly Creatures (1994) by Holly C — 18 Feb 2008
I was drawn to this movie by the young Kate Winslet out of curiousty. Had this just been a movie; meh...it might not have been so great, but the fact that it is based upon a true story makes it completely mesmerizing.
..and completely chilling, especially the final scene, so horrifying because it happened. Some good acting for sure, especially by Lynskey's character.
