Review of Heavenly Creatures (1994) by Gray E — 02 Jul 2008
The main characters are rather annoying at the beginning and Paula (I think that's her name) looks scary psycho for the first half of the film. The ending scene is brutal and unapologetic, but it felt to me like it shouldn't have ended there and that the film, despite being long and character intensive, should have had more to say.
