The movie was Deepa Mehta's so we are to expect revelation or display of the truth behind the live of women indian wives. This time it's about non-resident indian family in Canada and Preity Zinta Indian woman coming there to marry their son : possesive mother, abusive husband, insane family, she tries to survive thanks to her stories and the memory of her town.
The movie was weird, the changing of colours to black and white was great. The snake story was confusing though but overall it makes us think. Great performances !
