For others, iIt may fail to surpass "The Godfather", but for me, it did - the gripping performances, the complex storytelling, and, especially, Michael Mann's stunning sense for rhythm, look, perspective and building up an epic drama are from my view superior to Coppola's juxtaposed, dancing vision.
And I hate dancing.
