A great film, perhaps even an epic film - not just an action movie. Above all, the dialogue is complex and Michael Mann's direction elevate this material into a great and odd motion picture - with two powerhouse performances! One feels the heat of the engrossing crime drama for everybody involved on both sides! Love it, De Niro and Pacino, lots! :-D.
