Review of Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker's Apocalypse (1991) by Don M — 14 Oct 2008
Probably the best "Making of a Movie" Documentaries I've ever seen; even better than Full Tilt Boogie. It's just so wild that his wife shot so much film and recorded so much audio during the making of Apocalypse Now, how could she know it would become one of the greatest films ever made? Just luck I guess.
It was interesting to see just how out there Coppola is, but also how well he does at everything.
