Review of Hearts in Atlantis (2001) by Connie H — 08 Jun 2011
Stephen King really knows how to write unique stories. In Hearts in Atlantis Anthony's chacter is the new renter at the house Bobby and his mother live in together. His eye sight is starting to go on him so he hired Bobby to read him the paper everyday for a dollar a week to help Bobby raise the funds to get the bike he wants.
Bobby slowly begins to realize that Ted (anthony's character) as second sight and can see things others can't and he knows things about people, like that the town bully who calls all the younger boys fairies and queers is in fact the gay one.
While at the fair with his friends Bobby discovers that he too has second sight just not as strongly as Ted.
