Review of Häxan (1922) by Emod L — 06 Nov 2015
Honestly, still scary as fuck. A good depiction of the witchcraft trials and what people thought were going on. You can feel their fear, because you see what they were scared of, and you're scared of it yourself.
Also, a very creative blend between fiction and documentary, with both parts equally interesting. Even the filming looks wonderful. Just sometimes a bit rough around the edges. Some audiences might get lost.
