I really enjoyed the first part but this second really turns on the heat. The most clever killing sequences I have ever seen, the best being the one with the woman and the man having sex ;-).
The fx are great and most of all, no CGI. This must be the goriest movie I´ve ever seen. And great ending: this is the way you should end a horror movie!
