Review of Hatchet II (2010) by Ryan S — 01 Aug 2016
Having seen the original years ago, I picked up the sequel out of morbid curiosity and was pleasantly surprised. Horror films like this are really more like homages to the horror heydays of the 80s: HATCHET is essentially a love note to the FRIDAY THE 13TH films.
And I rather enjoyed the female lead; her parting scene left me with a smile. :).
