Review of Hatchet (2006) by Dave M — 11 Feb 2013
Totally formulaic of its homage to long gone slasher horror, the movie starts out with some hilariously bad dialogue encompassed with a righteous kill. So after our opening credits roll, what do we get next? T-I-T-S.
Lots of ridic jokes that either work or don't. And a lot of kills that are so over-the-top qualified the film for the "so bad it's good" group. The killer in the film, Victor Crowley, was for sure the highlight and had me laughin my ass off every time he literally popped up.
Can't say I loved it but I was definitely entertained throughout.
