I wanted to enjoy this much more than I did. I'm a huge Bruce Willis fan, though don't think he always chooses wonderful projects, and I've liked Colin Farrell in most everything I've seen him in.
The problem here is twofold: 1) the movie is overlong; much could have been cut that would not have changed the outcome and added little to the storyline and 2) from everything I saw on the movie (the poster, the previews, etc.
), Willis was portrayed as the main character which he was not. Willis' character was not likable and hardly worthy of respect. Even in the end, he still came off as a chump who was guilted into doing what was done.
It is not a bad movie; but it is not a great movie either.
