Review of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005) by David J — 26 Oct 2016
This film is well done despite its slow pacing in the beginning. This is also Robert Pattinson's best performance as an actor, as (even though I have not watched Twilight) other films of his do not stack up.
The effects were mesmerizing, the static characters in the film provided comedy and drama as needed, and the ending of the film (featuring the debut of Lord Voldemort [brilliantly played by Ralph Fiennes]) was top-notch, and provided an excellent cliffhanger.
Had it not been for the final 20 or 30 minutes of the film, I would not be as impressed. This is a great installment in the Harry Potter series.
