Despite being (in many people's opinion) the least favorite book, this remains an incredible adaption of our beloved Harry Potter universe. Chris Columbus remains to most faithful director to the series even if this wasn't my favorite movie it's an undeniably well made film by any standard.
In fact, perhaps the only legitimate concern one can make is that a couple scenes (particularly the trip to Hogwarts in the car) were excessively dramatic.
