Review of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002) by Alex S — 11 May 2012

I like it better than the first solely because I love the fight with the basilisk at the end. It also improved on a few things. The performances are slightly better as are the special effects. Other than that, it's still a stiff 'by-the-book' adaptation.

Despite that, I've got to give Chris Columbus credit...he was the major contributer when it came to the look of the films. His inspired casting choices were also spot on.
