A straightforward little revenge drama about an elderly man who finally gets fed up with the lowlifes in his neighborhood after they kill his best friend. It's nice to see MIchael Caine find a new purpose in punishing shitty teenaged kids and the peripheral adults that allow them to be the drugged out scumbags that they've become.
Well worth a rental.
