Review of Harry Brown (2009) by Andrew S — 19 Feb 2011
This was disappointing, if anything it felt more like Gran Torino but minus the racism and set it in England. Yes it's a standard tale of revenge but their is nothing thrilling or interesting about the tale unfolding on the screen.
Michael Caine is good but due to the poor script you never invest in these characters sure I felt sympathetic towards him but that had more to do with the characters situation rather than his persona.
