Review of Harriet the Spy (1996) by Syd H — 06 Jun 2007
One of those movies that will always haunt my brain. (I still think of Michelle Trachtenberg as Harriet.) Not as good as the book, but still a bright and colorful movie, with plenty of (pre-teen) attitude, problems, and problem-solving.
Much better than the Hilary Duff stuff of today, if you ask me. (Go '90's!) A fun watch, and a good memory from my childhood--a sentimental favorite.
