Review of Harper (1966) by Paavo I — 30 Jul 2009
Hell yeah! Chandler-cool meets 60's cool. The end result is very cool indeed. The mystery with all its twists isn't actually that surprising. But the coolness lies rather in the characters. Well-played all around, they seem to be revised from stock at first, but they have in them more than meets the eye.
I love Paul Newman in this and the end sequence.
