How did I manage to not see this film sooner. An absolute revelation.
Hal Ashby tribute screening in Beverly Hills was fun. Yusuf (aka Cat Stevens) sang 3 songs, then Cameron Crowe and Peter Bart moderated a panel featuring Jon Voight, Yusuf, Judd Apatow, Diablo Cody, Seth Rogen and Haskell Wexler.
When the lights came up after the film, Bud Cort walked onstage and shared some stories about the making of the film.
