There are 5 reasons as to why it deserves 5 stars (A star for each reason).
1. Plot was surprisingly more than expected. It's not just a "rescue the princess from the bad guy FPS video game" kind of story. It is SOO much more than that.
2. Acting was great.
3. How did they film this?!?!?!
4. Action scenes were phenomenal. If it was going for that FPS video game vibe, it killed it, literally. The action was more realistic than in actual video games. All the gunshot wounds, etc... It was disturbingly realistic.
5. I wanted to see a hardcore action movie. I got a hardcore action movie.
