You WILL get a headache, either due to the oddly low frame-rate or the bright flashing colours, but you won't feel it till it's done. Adrenaline is on tap, and you are invited to take part.
Very little plot is explained, but it is never made a priority. Are you a bad enough dude to save your wife? That's all there is to it, and while it isn't deep, it makes for one of the leanest action experiences possible.
