Pretty shit, but it has Kelly LeBrock and the blood bank line. Vengeance Scale of 8.8/10 as rated by the Sports Guy. Has anyone else figured out that Steven Seagal only has one facial expression which can be used for dramatic (just a little) and comedic effect? How is that possible? Is it just that he is so shit, or is it a pure stroke of genius?
